Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) Training

The Ventura County Fire Department is offering free Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) training for Oak Park residents. This six-week adult training program is designed to help community members prepare for emergencies and respond safely and effectively when the unexpected occurs.
Participants will learn essential disaster preparedness and response skills, strengthening both individual readiness and community resilience.

- When: Wednesday evenings, February 18 – March 25, 2026
- Time: 6:00 – 9:00 PM
- Location: Oak Park High School, Room G-9
- Cost: Free
- Eligibility: Adults
