Kiesel Lifetime Achievement Award and is known for his commitment to student wellness, leading successful Student Assistance programs in multiple districts. He currently serves on the Ventura County Behavioral Health Advisory Board.

Dr. Enloe is a graduate of the USC School of Medicine. With a background in pathology, Dr. Enloe trained at the LA County Medical Examiner’s office and has also worked for the Orange County Coroner’s office. This experience has contributed to a sincere understanding of the challenges faced by individuals diagnosed with HIV/AIDS and their families. “Volunteering has been an important part of my life. While I was in Los Angeles County, I volunteered on skid row with Homeless Health Care Los Angeles and Clean Needles Now.” After moving to Ventura County to work at Gemini Diagnostics, Dr. Enloe found out about the rising number of HIV/AIDS cases and started attending the AIDS Advisory Committee (AAC) and the HIV/AIDS Coalition of Ventura County (HCVC) meetings, as a concerned member of the public. Both Linda Parks and Jeff Gorell have appointed Dr. Enloe to the AAC to represent District 2. Dr. Enloe is humbled to represent the constituents of District 2. “As a physician and a trans woman, I have a deep understanding of the importance of this work for the benefit of the entire community.”

After giving time to public education non-profits, she joined Mustang Marketing in 2010, taking over as president in 2018 and completed purchasing the company in January 2020. Dianne was elected to the Ventura County Community College Board of Trustees in 2010 beginning three four-year terms.
